Shipping Changes and Order Cancellations:
Before shipping
Order Cancellation: If you cancel the order that was placed Before shipping, the processing fee will not be charged. If a customer ordered the wrong model and wants to place a new order, after the second order is received, the original order will not be charged any processing fee.
Change of Address: No charge fee.
After shipping
Order Cancellation: If your order is shipped and cannot be modified, you may reject the package and 10% of the product cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
The customer is also responsible for the return shipping cost of $10-50. LYOU will provide a return shipping label, and the designated carrier will collect the return package.
Or the customer may also choose self-return or arrange the return shipment by himself.
Change of Address: Normally, we will not be able to change the address after shipment. However, we can try to contact the logistics provider to change it for you, but we cannot promise you that the change will be successful. If you haven't received the item, however, the logistics order shows the goods have been signed. In this situation, please contact us in 3 business days. What is backorder?
Backorder is any item that is temporarily out of stock. Products are usually in stock and can be shipped immediately. However, if we are unable to ship your order immediately, and the manufacturer is unable to ship directly to you, we will immediately email you of any delays and make our best estimate of when the item will be ready to ship.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

About payment of return shipping fee
If the item is defective, damaged or received the wrong item, we are responsible for the return shipping cost. We will contact you by mail to arrange the return.
You want to return it if you ordered it by mistake or if you didn't like the product when you received it. You need to bear the return shipping fee, and you need to pay 20% of the return procedure （Total order price）

Perfect for studying cause who knew how much there is to just the skull alone. ALMOST as accurate as the larger models used in Anatomy class. I'm impressed with how much detail there is. The few things it is missing that I noticed immediately are the hypophyseal fossa, internal auditory meatus, and foramen spinosum.
I wish all products could be this high quality for the price. I needed a skull for drawing reference and this one is beautiful in it's proportions and has nice anatomically correct features.
this little guy is great! he is just as pictured in the listing. It fits in the palm of your hand and is smaller than a soda can - for reference. It is a great little display item or decor piece
He’s perfect if not overkill for my drawing needs but he seems content with a lackluster life. My cat did break his jaw after knocking him down, poor guy couldn’t fight back as he as no hands to protect himself with. A bit of superglue and some bed rest and he’s good as new.
