The 2-part heart is made up of the removable front heart wall and the main body of the heart model. This detachable part of the model displays the external surface of the left and right ventricles, the left and right auricle, the great cardiac vein, the anterior interventricular artery, the right coronary artery, and cardiac muscle

Shipping Changes and Order Cancellations:
Before shipping
Order Cancellation: If you cancel the order that was placed Before shipping, the processing fee will not be charged. If a customer ordered the wrong model and wants to place a new order, after the second order is received, the original order will not be charged any processing fee.
Change of Address: No charge fee.
After shipping
Order Cancellation: If your order is shipped and cannot be modified, you may reject the package and 10% of the product cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
The customer is also responsible for the return shipping cost of $10-50. LYOU will provide a return shipping label, and the designated carrier will collect the return package.
Or the customer may also choose self-return or arrange the return shipment by himself.
Change of Address: Normally, we will not be able to change the address after shipment. However, we can try to contact the logistics provider to change it for you, but we cannot promise you that the change will be successful. If the address can be changed, a part of the modification fee will also be charged, please contact us about the modification fee.

If you haven't received the item, however, the logistics order shows the goods have been signed. In this situation, please contact us in 3 business days. What is backorder?
Backorder is any item that is temporarily out of stock. Products are usually in stock and can be shipped immediately. However, if we are unable to ship your order immediately, and the manufacturer is unable to ship directly to you, we will immediately email you of any delays and make our best estimate of when the item will be ready to ship.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

About payment of return shipping fee
If the item is defective, damaged or received the wrong item, we are responsible for the return shipping cost. We will contact you by mail to arrange the return.
