Mini Human Spine Model:

Shipping Changes and Order Cancellations:
Before shipping
Order Cancellation: If you cancel the order that was placed Before shipping, the processing fee will not be charged. If a customer ordered the wrong model and wants to place a new order, after the second order is received, the original order will not be charged any processing fee.
Change of Address: No charge fee.
After shipping
Order Cancellation: If your order is shipped and cannot be modified, you may reject the package and 10% of the product cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
The customer is also responsible for the return shipping cost of $10-50. LYOU will provide a return shipping label, and the designated carrier will collect the return package.
Or the customer may also choose self-return or arrange the return shipment by himself.
Change of Address: Normally, we will not be able to change the address after shipment. However, we can try to contact the logistics provider to change it for you, but we cannot promise you that the change will be successful. If the address can be changed, a part of the modification fee will also be charged, please contact us about the modification fee.

If you haven't received the item, however, the logistics order shows the goods have been signed. In this situation, please contact us in 3 business days. Otherwise, after 3 working days, we will no longer deal with this issue, and customers need to contact the corresponding logistics company to solve this issue.
What is backorder?
Backorder is any item that is temporarily out of stock. Products are usually in stock and can be shipped immediately. However, if we are unable to ship your order immediately, and the manufacturer is unable to ship directly to you, we will immediately email you of any delays and make our best estimate of when the item will be ready to ship.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

About payment of return shipping fee
If the item is defective, damaged or received the wrong item, we are responsible for the return shipping cost. We will contact you by mail to arrange the return.
You want to return it if you ordered it by mistake or if you didn't like the product when you received it. You need to bear the return shipping fee, and you need to pay 20% of the return procedure （Total order price）
If returning an item, please ship it back within 30 days after you receive approval. Further delay may void your return.

I really like the LYOU mini anatomy spine model and feel it is a great value for under $35 (US)!
The model arrived in four pieces, which were super easy to assemble, even without instructions. You just have to attach each hip joint with the bolt and nut that is provided & attached to each piece. Then attach the base the same way. It took me just a couple of minutes to get it together.
The anatomy model feels like it is made of quality material, considering the asking price. I did notice a small paint chip on one of the vertebre, but it does not affect the functionality of the anatomy model at all, and a dab of white paint can fix it easily. It was not severe enough for me to deduct a star, because overall this is a great model and I'm very happy with it!
I am excited about this model, and feel it will definitely help me in school!
